  18. Apply satisfaction surveys of the services provided by the Controller.<\/li>\n
  19. Analyze the results of the satisfaction surveys of the services provided by the Controller.<\/li>\n
  20. Contact you to improve the services of the Controller.<\/li>\n
  21. Have communication with you to improve our services and thank you for your preference.<\/li>\n
  22. Send you the invoices that cover the collection of services rendered.<\/li>\n
  23. Carry out collection acts, either by phone, by mail or at your home.<\/li>\n
  24. Where appropriate, provide service for the registration and cancellation of roles and administration and technical support regarding the tools or systems that you use and WOW has its administration.<\/li>\n
  25. Where appropriate, send you documentation by courier for review and \/ or signature and \/ or acceptance and \/ or knowledge and \/ or use.<\/li>\n
  26. Where appropriate, identify it to authorize its entry to the Controller\u2019s facilities.<\/li>\n
  27. In the event that WOW is contacted by telephone, provide the required attention.<\/li>\n
  28. Where appropriate, monitor and attend to requests for procedures made before WOW.<\/li>\n
  29. Where appropriate, follow up on legal or contractual obligations.<\/li>\n
  30. In case of being in the Controller’s facilities and suffering an accident, provide the assistance that is required.<\/li>\n
  31. Make operational, statistical or historical reports.<\/li>\n
  32. Where appropriate, through video surveillance systems, the monitoring of the activities carried out in the Controller’s facilities.<\/li>\n
  33. Provide security through video surveillance systems.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
